Police officers, in a checkpoint at Baba Dawood Khakhi Bridge, intercepted Nazir Ahmad Mir, a resident of Koolipora, Khanyar.

During checking, the police recovered 2.5 kilos of 'charas' (a form of cannabis) from his possession.
